Robert was born a twin on April 9, 1924.
He served in the Armed Forces during 1943, possibly before and after that time.
He married Beth Bennet on or before 1948.
They had a son, Randy Hastings and a daughter Mary E. Hastings.
Later, Robert married Mary Enge, my mother.
They had a child, Karen Hastings (me) in 1968.
